I purchased this for streaming for blurays. The remote was very poor and barely worked. Tested batteries and called support and requested new remote. Finally got it working if I held it up just inches from the player which defeats the purpose of a remote. After connecting found that the streaming content froze and cut in/out repeatedly about every 60 seconds. Shut down and retried and the same thing occurred. Tested wifi with other devices and the wifi was fine. Terrible product and wish Id tested it before the return window had closed. Wont but LG products again.

Played good for a while and then stopped playing blurays I sent it back for repair and it did it again and ots not the first 1 eighter had same problems on same model before this 1 but didnt have receipt to return it

Great quality in such a small device.
Bought this for an older not smart led tv.
So far so good.
This player would be even better if it had more streaming apps installed or allow the user to download their already subscribed streaming apps.
Make this player smarter and it will always be sold out

I just had this installed a few days ago and it works perfectly. My wife likes to borrow DVDs from our local library and since the BluRay player can accommodate any DVD it makes our viewing a simple process.

Bought it last year. However the remote control stopped working with no reason and I had to buy a spare one in Amazon not LG but compatible. From time to time the BR also freezes but I am still ok with it.

Received this as a gift for Christmas. It too my son 5 minutes to install after we unboxed it. We have used it just one and it was easy to navigate. Not giving it 5 stars as we have not had it long enough to really try it out

If a Blue Ray player has an LG logo on it. DO NOT BUY IT
The BP350 does not have an alternative option for connecting to a router except for the wireless connection. Unfortunately this option fails to connect. Worse the fact that it doesnt connect is displayed as a warning message that needs a response while a disk is playing.
The unit does not have a play switch. If the remote fails it is impossible to play a disk. The remote fails frequently. Replacing the battery has no effect.
If it were possible to connect to the internet the streaming options are so primitive as to render them useless. It cannot be expanded.

Its a crap player the second one Ive bought sadly because its all the store had. Will not be purchasing LG products at all. It just decided to stop working. It wont play new discs dvd or blue ray. I got maybe a few months out of it each time. I cannot stress this enough do not buy this product. It will break on you right away. I have to pick recommendation for the review because all other options are straight up dishonest

I am very happy with this model. With regular DVDs I just pop it in - regardless of region - and it plays no problem. Most of my blu-rays work that way too. However I have some Region A titles Quadrophenia Support Your Local Sheriff Support Your Local Gunfighter that keep giving me a message about the wrong region. I went into Settings made sure the Area Code was US but it didnt work. What else do I need to do?

I couldnt get Netflix or Amazon streaming to work Netflix would freeze constantly and I couldnt even connect to Amazon programming. Called LG customer service and tried two versions of system reboots and neither worked. The customer service rep said I could be refunded for the purchase but I would have to wait 2 weeks for someone to contact me for documentation I ordered the same unit a second time thinking I just got a defective DVD player but the result was exactly the same.

My old DVD/CD player didnt have HDMI connections and my new LG TV only has HDMI ports so needed to buy new player. This linked up to my new LG 4K NANO CELL TV perfectly. I recommend reading/downloadings the user manual first. DVD has great picture with new TV also DVD CDs sound great through my surround sound setup. I dont have the Wi-Fi setup for the Apps because I have a Smart TV so its not needed cant rate that. The Remote is small but there is also a Remote option via an App you can download if needed which is nice. Ive only had this for about a month and dont use often but so far I like this player and recommend especially if you have a new LG TV.

I replaced a broken DVD player. This works well. Sound and color are great. Ease of basic playing . There are NO directions on how to use the WiFi and streaming options. I will have to search on line for those.

Already gave you a review here. As I said before I purchased one in January and within 30 days it kept losing connectivity with my modem when watching prime movies. I could watch the same movies in full on my iPhone through my modem with no problems. Amazon replaced LG Blu-ray earlier this month and Im experiencing the same problems with the replacement new product. My conclusion is that there is a problem with this model and Im not looking for a replacement again but I will not use or not purchase another LG in the future. I advise LG Tech to redesign the unit and pay strict attention to the connectivity card quality. It is very frustrating to keep connecting and simply not worth it. CM and PM

I attempted to watch a movie on this but after an hour and unending frustration I gave up. The remote needed to be within 5 or so feet from the player and pointed directly at it to get any response from it even with a new battery. The closed captions were another joke. Even though the remote had a button to turn them off or on it didnt work. The only way I could get the closed captions to turn off or on was to stop the blue ray and go into the disk settings. I thought that LG was a reputable company and had good products. This was my first and last experience I will EVER have with LG.
